Heavy Load RGV Automatic Rail Trolley
The heavy load RGV automatic rail trolley is an electric material handling transfer trolley guided by low voltage rails. This kind of trolley running on the steel rail is used to handle any type of load, regardless of its size or weight, on a defined runtime.
As the RGV trolley is equipped with steel wheels and moves on steel rails they have suited to very high loading capacities thanks to the very low friction between steel and steel.
If the large-tonnage molds are transported by crane, there is a large danger. In order to guarantee safety and reduce the laying of tracks, the heavy load rail transfer trolley was born.
The mold is hoisted to the rail handling bogie by a crane. In order to avoid the mold from sliding on the rail handling trolley, a rubber plate is laid on the table and the mold is transported to the corresponding station by the flat table transfer bogie. The route, but with its own safety monitoring device, will automatically stop when it encounters a pedestrian or an obstacle, and the safety is reliable.
