RMK is specializing in designing and manufacturing material handling equipment and transport trolleys.Over the years, we analyzed the problem during the transferring, and we designed a Towing Trolley which has better structure and mechanism.
This Towing Trolley is connected with the tractor by a pin, which is easy to be removed. The tow bar could be installed both the front and the tail of the Towing Trolley. The four wheels of the Towing Trolley are connected by steel bars to assistant to the turning. This kind of Towing Trolley has been applied in many fields for transportation during the warehouse and workshop, which has been defined as cost savings, labor savings and highly secure during in use.
All the wheels of the Towing Trolley are connected by steel bars, so all the wheels could be involved in the turning. After the analysis of the steering mechanism and the kinematics of the moving, we build a model and optimize the mechanism to make the turning possible in small space. Considering the applicability, we install additional tow bar to make it possible towed on both sides, on the same time it is also available for several trolleys to move together, which will save a lot of time for the transportation during the warehouses.

The Coil Transfer Trolley has a steel wheels utilized for translation on every type of rail. It has control through altered push-button board it can be on board or on floor, with radio control or translation self-acting management. The product has AC engine, DC engine, thermic at diesel cycle, pneumatic and it has electronic translation management. The product is power supplied by the factory electrical grid, from a battery, by gas oil in case of diesel engine, by the factory air-system in case of pneumatic engine and parking and service brake.
The machine can carry a maximum load of 90 ton and these powered trolleys are utilized to manage any kind of load, also very large and heavy, on a run time constrained. These transfer cars represent, therefore, the best answer in case of regular production cycle. The expense of these trolleys, for the same measurements and capacity load, it is lower than tired self-propelled trailers which must dispose of steering frameworks and greater power.
