Trackless electric flat car equipment is a material handling equipment that does not need to lay tracks and walks on flat and hardened ground. Its power is provided by the battery installed inside the flat car. The on-board electrical control system provides power to the DC traction motor. The start, stop, forward, backward, turning and other functions of the flat car are operated and controlled by the handheld operating handle (wired or wireless). The difference between trackless electric carrier and track electric flat car is that the operation is not limited by the track track and can turn and run freely. The vehicle body is short, the load capacity is large, the operation is flexible, the remote control operation can be realized, and the in-situ 360° steering and in-situ vertical and horizontal operation can be realized. However, the equipment is powered by the battery and the power supply time is limited. Attention should be paid to charging and daily management of the battery. The length, width and height of trackless electric carrier, as well as its running speed and table requirements, can be customized according to the process requirements of customers.
